Thank you to Stuart Woods for sending some photos of recent Barbel from the Thames system.

Stuart has been using 3 FT Krill and Octopus Boilies hair-rigged to a size 10 Wide Gape Specialist Barbless hook, and both these fish came during short evening sessions.

Both these fine Barbel weighed just over 10lb, and Stuart tells us he netted both with his trusty Super Specialist Twistlock Landing Net handle.
