A 7lb chub is the fish of dreams os Rob Thompson was ecstatic when he guided this 7lb 9oz chub over his landing net.

The specimen was Robs first ever ‘seven’ and champions his personal best for the species, and according to Rob, it certainly put up a good account of itself too!
