The River Frome has a reputation for big dace, and Poole angler Richard Barlow found exactly why, when he landed this 1lb 1oz fish from the stretch at Wareham.
Fishing a Black Cap maggot feeder, Richard connected with the quality dace during the hours of darkness. It jagged his tip round and gave a spirited fight on his light tackle.
