Dutch Angling Magazine “Witvis Totaal” runs a Winter competition on one of the commercial venues, De Vossekuil, in The Netherlands.

On Saturday 16th of November 2013 the first match took place and Maurice Prijs won that first round with 19.6 kg.  Maurice fished the method feeder in combination with a Drennan small In-line Flat Method Feeder of 25 gram on 8lbs / 0.23mm Supplex mainline. Maurice reports that the razor-sharp and strong Carp Method Barbless hooks size 12 made sure he could land 10 carp and win the match!

Deze winter organiseert Witvis Totaal een wintercompetitie bestaande uit vijf wedstrijden verdeeld in twee poules op de visvijver De Vossekuil.

Op zaterdag 16 november 2013 vond de eerste wedstrijd in de A-poule plaats en Maurice Prijs won deze wedstrijd met 19,6 kg.  Maurice viste met de method feeder in combinatie met de Drennan small In-Line Flat Method Feeder van 25 gram aan 8lbs / 23/00 Supplex lijn. Aan de zeer scherpe en sterke Carp Method barbless haken maat 12 wist hij tien karpers te vangen en zodoende de wedstrijd te winnen.
