although there weren’t many left, those still hanging around were big. So Matt decided to give the water another go and, on his third trip, was rewarded in style with this 18lb 4oz PB.
It was caught from a spot at 140 yards where he’d spombed whole and broken boilies, plus pellets and hemp. Over the top, Matt presented a boilie hookbait ‘snowman’ style on a size 8 hook and coated braid hooklink.
