Many thanks to Lee Chatfield for sending us these pictures of his new PB Pike caught a few weeks ago that weighed 23lb 9oz, setting a new lake record on his syndicate water.

“I had her on a joey mackerel about 25 yards out at midday on a bright sunny day! My trace was made from Esox 28LB Super Trace with six 6 Extra Strong Semi-Barbed Trebles.” Lee tells us.

He doesn’t stop there – he also landed this beautiful brace of 2lb+ perch:

“I have caught a lot of decent Perch this winter over the 2lb mark from 6 different venues. I always use my trusted 1.25lb Drennan specialist rods as they are brilliant.  Stillwater perching has been the saviour of this difficult Winter as the majority of my river plans went out of the window.”
