Tench season is ending, but Denmark’s Lasse Birch Hojrup has sent us some terrific photos of Danish float caught Tench – this is his Drennan Insert Crystal float next to the Lilies, surrounded by Tench bubbles – inspiring stuff!

Lasse reported fish to 8lb 7oz this Summer, caught using a Drennan Tench Float rod and Double Strength Mono to 1½ AAA Insert Crystal floats.

This thrilling picture shows a fine Tench just sliding over the Super Specialist Landing net, with a Super Specialist Twistlock the landing net handle of choice.
