Hertfordshire angler Keith Speer with a spectacular 3lb river Roach caught using one of our Super Specialist hooks!

The specimen Roach came from one of Keith’s local rivers and deservedly won a weekly Drennan Cup award in Angling Times recently. It was outwitted by trotting a single red maggot on a size 18 Super Specialist hook beneath a Dave Harrell 10 x no4 Wire Stem Stick float.

Keith disclosed to Angling Times that this was his 99th river roach over 2lb!
