The London-based specialist fished a small pva bag full of crushed MAD Baits Pandemic boilies and presented a dumbell of the same variety over the top.

It was a fish that provided the only bite of the session and picked up his bait that was cast out over a patch of gravel three-rod lengths from the bank.
