Drennan Leicester Sensas are back in the Evesham Festival Match Fishing Team Championship Final after making it past the first round of qualifiers.

Team captain Nick Moss commented:

“With us not being regulars on the venue, we were more than pleased with our third place behind Shakespeare and Daiwa Gordon League. We based the attack around a loose plan to target a close line, as extra water was hampering presentation further out, and it paid off! It was a difficult, low-weight day so we tried to catch everything that we possibly could for team points.

“Our five-man team of Roger Marlow, Pete Marlow, Gary Smith, Aaron Wells and myself will be really up for the challenge come the big day. We have slipped a little in the last few years but now we are aiming to get back to the team we were in the 80s, doing well in several big tournaments!”
