The first round of the Drennan Knock-Out Cup took place recently on Barston Lakes and Packington Sommers lakes near Solihull. Nearly 100 top-flight matchmen took part and both big weights and big fish were caught.

Drennan Team England regular and Individual World Champion, Will Raison, with one of the biggest carp of the day at 19lb from Barston Lakes.

Another England International and European Champion,  Steve Hemingray, winning his section on Packington Somers.
