Cadbury Angling sponsored angler Andy France with some of a tremendous bag of Bream & Skimmers to win a Shiplate Farm Fishery Winter League match recently.

Andy’s quite remarkable match weight was over twice the weight of the runner-up, despite not catching any carp at all! Many of the field chose to fish for the normal weight-building carp, but with the weather and conditions, Andy opted to target the Bream with regular cups of groundbait and by fishing dead red maggot over the top.

Successful set up incorporated to pole fish with Supplex mainline through to one of the new Drennan G-Tip 3 pole floats and a Silverfish Pellet Hook.
