Area managers from across the UK travelled to Oxford today for the launch of the new Acolyte Carp pole.

Alan Scotthorne, Darren Davies, Gary Barclay, Jon Arthur and Dan Varney gave practical demonstrations with Peter Drennan and Richard Norris explaining the full package provided with the latest pole, including the factory fitted Side Pull Slots and new Roller Cones.

A big thank you to Rolf’s Lake in Oxfordshire for the use of its excellent venue. The fish were certainly obliging on the day, with plenty of fish up to 18lb 4oz banked!

It was also the perfect opportunity to demonstrate the two eagerly anticipated Acolyte Carp Waggler rods in 11ft and 12ft lengths. Again, fish to double figures were successfully landed and the rods were really put to the test!
