After a couple of great sessions on Norfolk’s River Thurne, Derek Adcock is already impressed with his Acolyte Ultra 10ft Feeder.

“A couple of months ago I asked Dean Barlow for advice on the suitability of the Acolyte Ultra 10ft Feeder rod for the River Thurne in Norfolk,” Derek tells us. “I purchased one after Christmas and have already had two successful days with it. It performed exactly how I wanted, reading the rapid taps from roach, the varied bites from skimmers of 6oz to bream of 5lb was excellent. The rod played all these fish without any hook pulls. It was also very good on the strike too.”
