ABOUT:
Grant Albutt has a host of impressive titles under his belt, including Match Fishing Cup Champion, UK Champion and the £25k Parkdean Masters Champion.
He first began fishing at the age of eight when his next-door neighbour took him fishing on the Warwickshire Avon at Fladbury. From that point onwards Grant was hooked and in 1995 he won his very first match, on the River Witham in Lincolnshire. That earned him the Individual National Champion title with a 42lb catch of bream.
Grant also runs the 25 acre Shatterford Lakes Fishing complex near Kidderminster, an amazing setting with its superb lakes and panoramic vistas across the surrounding countryside.
He is also a full-time angling coach and only too keen to help other anglers catch more fish.
