Thank you to Steve Collett for some tremendous photos (taken by Ian Chapman) for his “ON TOUR” article in this week’s Anglers Mail – where he uses our Super Spade hooks to nylon to great effect on the River Witham.

Steve fished a tranquil club stretch of the upper river in Lincolnshire with a 10ft Matchtek Carp Bomb rod, using a simple leger rig with Worm section on a Drennan Super Spade hook to nylon.  Creeping into position and using chopped worm as feed, Steve got his tactics spot on, with a brace of specimen Chub and a bonus Barbel!
